Nick has been committed to an active and healthy lifestyle since a young age. His biggest fitness related passions include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and practicing mindfulness. Nick has trained students in a variety of boxing classes and is dedicated to teaching and learning in his fitness community. Nick is actively pursuing his credential as a Personal Trainer from the
National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Engaged in fitness as a hobby for years, Vanessa is passionate about living and feeling your best! Just a few of her favorite activities are running on the beach, yoga and philanthropic community exercise events. Vanessa loves training with family and friends, helping others create a wellness routine that works for them. Vanessa is actively pursuing her credential as a Personal Trainer from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
