Training our mind is synonymous to training our body- without consistent effort to learn & challenge our brain, we won't see the growth & the results we desire long term. The information our brain interprets can alter our mood & impact the decisions we make. Shifting the way we think about our health will change the way we act on it.

Intrinsic

Building intrinsic motivation around your own health & exercise regimen is our utmost priority. Getting in your workout and eating healthy to support your lifestyle & goals, shouldn't be something you can't do without a coach. Through strategic, healthy habit building, you'll make your health part of who you are.

Your health & wellness never takes a backseat (well that's where we'd like to get you). There is a continuous maintenance we must upkeep in order no longer put off your workout, feel guilty about eating the cheeseburger or not being able to stick to what you started. It's more than a program; it's the rest of your life.

Nutrition

In our quick pace environment, we miss foundational understandings of our nutrition & how to implement healthy habits into our lifestyle. We jump into diet plans without knowledge on how they are helping or hindering us. Ditch these & establish a plan you can rely on, for good.

Enjoy

If you don't enjoy it (even a little), you won't stick to it. You actually need to like the habit you're practicing in order to build a routine around it. We often sign up for a program or diet plan for the wrong reasons- because we feel like we have to or everyone else is doing it. This doesn't support longevity & establishing long lasting health results.

Remote

"How will I stay on track without an IRL trainer?" Yes, there are great benefits to an IRL trainer, however if you are seeking to build long term, self sufficiency, having a coach that is in your pocket, but not quite holding your hand is how you will gain that. In our remote format, we support you in addressing your root struggles & ensuring they can't resurface.

I first heard this word on my wedding day when my husband Nick was reading his vows to me. He described me as approaching any and all situations, relationships & challenges with brisk, readiness & cheer for the opportunity they presented.

In addition to building intrinsic motivation around your health, I strive to invigorate you to desire more from your health & wellness so you can enjoy a life of experiences & adventure. To invigorate is to literally give strength or energy to [another] & we are achieving this physically, mentally & emotionally through all of my programs & 1:1 coaching!

Your life has a million moving parts (as does your body) & being able to approach  "life" changes dynamically in a way that ensures your needs are met, challenged & sustained over time is how I progress my clients to being the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
