The sun is out the water is cool & you can't help but want to soak up the sun every waking moment you get! With the adventures of the summer season also come feelings of inconsistency in your exercise routine & falling off track with you nutrition (because hello watermelon daiquiris and ice cold soft serve are a must this time of year)!
Feeling like you went into summer 3 steps ahead, nailing your movement routine & weekly meal planning and then as if you fell 6 steps backwards, come the year year!
This summer, I established a space for continuing education in exercise, nutrition & habit building for you to feel confident in navigating your summer routine & feeling great come fall!
This is a [new] space crafted together with clients & members for the entire MF Community to come together to learn about specific topics in the health & wellness realm. My goal is for you to take the different learnings and practices that we cover in this series into your everyday lifestyle to enhance your current day to day routine, breakthrough existing plateaus, & build your confidence within your overall health & wellness regimen.
Extended through December,
the MF Learning Series will cover 5 different topics including everything from consistency, current events in health science, balanced meals for the lazy cook & even cycle syncing with exercise & nutrition!
