Assessment & Results Package

Service Description

With this service, you will receive a 1:1 live movement assessment followed by a recap to review your assessment results and recommendations on next steps in your journey to a healthier you. The consultation and assessment will take about 45 mins and be held in one session. The recap results call will last about 15 minutes in a separate call scheduled after the consultation and assessment session. All calls will take place on Zoom with link provided by Milsner Fitness.
