**Review Call will take place 4 weeks out, so when scheduling (after purchasing), be sure to schedule a time for 1 month in advance!!** A fully tailored list of recommended recipes from a nutrition coach that consider and are crafted around your taste and meal preferences, allergies, dislikes, and intolerances, and incorporate your specific nutrition focus. All meals are protein focused, easy to make & prep for the week as well as made with whole foods with little to no added sugars and preservatives. In each Recommended Food List, you'll receive links to some of my favorite brands, companies and foods where you can purchase at your local grocery store, Amazon or via my direct link. Coupons and discounts included for select products such a protein powders and supplements. Stop scavenging the internet for meals every week and source from your dedicated go-to high protein meal list that was made just for you! All purchases will include a detailed questionnaire for the client to complete and send to hello@milsnerfitness.com for us to prepare your Recommended Food List. Once the list is ready (about 1-2 weeks turnaround time), a review call is included with Vanessa to review the recommended foods and entire list in detail.
