Throughout the course, we will use this online group community for group discussion, support, & accountability. Within each of the weekly modules, you will have action items to complete of which you will be posting the requested content directly here in this group.
This group is your community space to ask questions, seek guidance and support from myself and one another, please use it as such. You will gain as much as you put in. My drink + food pairing would be a mimosa & greek yogurt parfait!!
