We have quite a few updates that we are so excited to share with you!
01. Check out our new foundational classes and cardio kick-boxing class. The foundational classes will help you build functional strength and mobility while the kick-boxing class will really wake up your day with some exciting combinations!
02. Find the new 'My Workouts' tab on our website to view recorded classes that you can come back to at any time.
03. Our website will now feature member badges which will recognize members for achieving certain milestones along their wellness journey.
04. Congrats, you've made it to our blog! Here you can view our posts about anything and everything fitness related.
